1. Service Agreement
By booking our beauty services—whether for hair styling, colour services, or beauty treatments—you agree to these terms. Our beauty services operate in compliance with relevant UK hygiene regulations and industry standards.
We provide professional beauty and hair services through our qualified stylists and beauticians across England.
2. Service Scope and Beauty Standards
Our services include hair cutting, colouring, styling, nail services, and beauty treatments. We focus on providing quality beauty services using professional techniques and products suitable for different hair types and skin conditions.
While we perform services to professional standards, beauty outcomes can be influenced by individual hair characteristics, skin conditions, and personal preferences. We provide consultations to ensure realistic expectations and satisfactory results.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service outcomes, clients agree to:
- Disclose all skin allergies, sensitivities, and medical conditions affecting services
- Arrive with hair in its natural state for colour consultations where required
- Provide accurate information about desired results and previous treatments
- Communicate preferences and concerns clearly during consultation
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Follow aftercare advice for service longevity

4. Allergy Testing and Product Safety
Clients must inform us of any known allergies, skin conditions, or product sensitivities before service. We conduct patch tests when requested or when using certain colour products, but cannot guarantee completely reaction-free experiences due to individual variations.
We reserve the right to decline service if undisclosed severe allergies pose significant health risks.
5. Booking and Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking request. Colour services and special occasion styling typically require confirmation 48 hours in advance. Specific booking terms will be confirmed during the reservation process.
Last-minute changes to service requirements may affect pricing and timing, which will be communicated before service begins.
6. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service fees are as published and payable according to the service agreement. For services exceeding £100, we typically require confirmation at time of booking. Final payment is due upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.
We accept various payment methods including cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
7. Hygiene and Sanitation
We maintain strict hygiene protocols including sanitised tools, disposable applicators, and clean working environments. Clients with contagious skin conditions or illnesses should reschedule appointments to protect other clients and our team.
We maintain appropriate insurance but cannot accept responsibility for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without charge with 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 50% service fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.
We understand that circumstances change and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate genuine emergency situations with appropriate notice.
9. Colour Consultations and Trials
We strongly recommend consultations for major colour changes or corrective colour work. Consultations allow for colour development and ensure client satisfaction before committing to extensive colour services.
Colour results can vary based on existing hair colour, condition, and previous treatments, which we will discuss during your consultation.
10. Photography and Portfolio Use
We may request permission to photograph completed work for colour formula records and, with explicit consent, for professional portfolios. Separate written consent is required for any images used in marketing materials.
Clients may withdraw consent for image use at any time by contacting us in writing. Personal photography during services is permitted for personal use only.
11. Children's Services
We welcome clients of all ages, however children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout their appointment. The accompanying adult must provide consent for services to be performed.
We reserve the right to assess service suitability for younger clients and may recommend adjustments for age-appropriate treatments.
12. Product Usage and Recommendations
We use professional beauty products suitable for most hair and skin types. While we take care in product selection, individual reactions can vary. We provide product recommendations based on professional experience.
Clients are welcome to bring their own products, though this may affect application techniques and final results, which we will discuss beforehand.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for beauty services is limited to the service fees paid. We cannot accept responsibility for individual reactions where allergies were not disclosed, or for results affected by home maintenance, environmental factors, or personal expectations.
We maintain appropriate insurance and follow industry best practices in all our beauty services.
14. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
